Malik is a great actor but in case of acting a role of a gay is quite ununderstandable. I am sure that he could manage to act the role professionaly if he got a main voice. Who knows, this might be revealed in the following chapters. This is my point of view, I need someone to comment this.

Chuck doesn't have the package, with that wrap over his head, what he caught was a beat down. I think first lady Cathy paid some church members (Bishop Craig and Pimp Luscious) to handle the deacon. She is good with paying people to handle business.
Chuck has got a closet...for some reason I believe he's had a previous relationship with Roxanne (chapter 5...Roxanne is a friend of mine, who know this guy named Chuck), so when Foxy Roxy comes to visit Chuck at the hosptial, she'll put him back in his place.

In my point of view, I think that Chuck hasn't got the package. This surprise will be the focus of each character who suspects in his infection. On the other hand, if you pay more attention on Chuck's situation when he was in the hospital, you gonna notice that he has got a bond around his head and he sits on a cripple chair, for my opinion it is just an accident's outcome.
