I think Randolph heard more of the conversation between Chuck and Rufus than was shown. All we heard is Chuck say he was in the hospital and now everyones talking about a "package". What all did Randolph hear and what the hell is the package? I think the obvious would be H.I.V., but knowing Kellz it's most likely something else. Maybe the package is drugs and that's how James "the dirty cop" knows Chuck and Rufus. What do you think? Just my theory.
